Office. I don’t need no stinkin’ office.

I have the luxury to be able to stay home with the kids. When they are at school I dabble on the computer when I am not doing groceries, making dinner, walking the dog, doing the laundry…

There are lots of reasons why I would recommend my lifestyle to anyone.

  1. I get to choose to talk to people, not have to talk to people.
  2. Nobody steals my snacks.
  3. My dog doesn’t judge me if I fart in my chair.
  4. Yoga pants. Say no more.
  5. I can do my shopping at off hours and fire through it faster without running into the frantic moms, lazy browsers or pie-eyed ‘where is that’-ers.
  6. I can use the PVR/Netflix/Apple TV during the day. I can catch up while folding or cooking and even while eating lunch. More reality educational TV makes Kristine a happy girl and less people in the house to judge me for it makes it special.
  7. No elevators. I don’t like elevators.
  8. I would get absolutely nothing done if I had a real job now that I have discovered blogging and twitter.
  9. I don’t fight anyone for a window office.
  10. Better toilet paper.

Hope you are enjoying your office – whether at home or in a building. Hug a co-worker today.

  1. I hear you. I am lucky enough to be able to work from home. I have all of the benefits above, plus I get to make money while enjoying them. Best of both worlds.

  2. you have my dream job. I want to stay home all the time. I would even wear yoga pants. I don’t know what the hell they are but I would wear them because I could….

  3. I am dying here! Except for the yoga pants…not everyday please…not everyday.
    Bahahaha

  4. Oh I want to hug your co-worker too! What a cutie! I agree, but my coworkers are very demanding and I struggle to get my work done! They can’t go to the bathroom on their own, it really is getting tiresome! Thanks for linking up to #TheList x

  5. […] please, please. Shit, now I am begging. Guess Scooby is rubbing off after all. I think I need a new co-worker, or a job that gets me out of the house for a walk. […]
